The Care Management Coalition of Western New York, Inc., is more meaningful and needed today than ever before. With the rapidly growing needs of countless children, adults and families throughout this region, along with the also rapidly shrinking dollars essential to support them, this Coalition has the responsibility and the ability to affect meaningful change where needed and whenever possible.

Collaboration and unity are essential today to effectively identify and deliver quality human services. We are tremendously fortunate that the charter members, along with the agencies more recently joined, had the foresight and commitment to form this organization and to keep it together throughout its history.
