Membership Eligibility and Expectations

2010

 

To be eligible for membership in the Care Management Coalition of Western New York, Inc., organizations must meet the following criteria:

 

Be a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) provider of social services and/or other related mental and physical health care services to at-risk children, adults and families of Western New York. 

Agree to abide by the Care Management Coalition’s Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values.

Openly strive for integrity, accountability and quality of service in all facets of operations.

Demonstrate ability and desire to work together with other Members to improve outcomes for children and families.

Effectively engage the expertise and resources of other Members and community resources to identify issues impacting families and children and advocate strategic solutions for them.

Be an organization that can involve themselves in the work of the Coalition, which includes regular participation at designated board meetings by the Chief Executive officer, Executive Director or other such chief administrative employee.

Be approved for membership by a majority of the Board.

Remain current in their dues obligations.
