Charter Members
This Coalition is the only such organization in New York State and one of only a few in the United States. The four charter members – Baker Victory Services, Child and Family Services, Gateway-Longview and New Directions Youth and Family Services – are well-known and respected leaders in the human service field and have long-standing histories of providing quality, essential, life-changing and life-saving services to the citizens of this region.
New Members
The Coalition continues to grow and now includes seven additional members – Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo, Buffalo Urban League, Catholic Charities of Buffalo, Crisis Services, EPIC (Every Person Influences Children), Joan A. Male Family Support Center and Sarah Minnie Badger Foster Care Agency. Each of these agencies meets specific regional needs and is committed to delivering the best possible service to their constituents. Working together, the Coalition strives to provide a seamless network of services for children and families throughout Western New York and beyond.
Service and Economic Impact
The ten Care Management Coalition agencies have provided service to hundreds of thousands of children, adults and families in every Western New York County, other communities throughout New York State and beyond. The member agencies are tireless participants and advocates for children’s issues in local, state, national and international organizations and forums.
The Coalition agencies offer hundreds of programs from which children, adults and families may benefit according to their specific needs and strengths. Collectively they employ approximately 5,000 caring professionals. Their combined budgets exceed $150 million through service reimbursement, grants and heartfelt, tax-deductible contributions.
